Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. Who we are

intentled is operated by Rohan Sandeep (“we”, “us”, “the seller”). When you create an account or use intentled, you are contracting with Rohan Sandeep. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

intentled is a personal goal prioritisation tool: it helps you keep your goals, the strategy behind them, the tasks that move them, and the signals that tell you they are working. The service is offered as a subscription at $5 per month, following a 15-day free trial.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract, or have the authority to bind the organisation you act for.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the service;
  • reverse engineer the service, circumvent its technical limits, or resell or redistribute access to it.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, and the intentled brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

Your content — your goals, strategies, tasks, and signals — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Service availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled; the 15-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.

8. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

When your access ends, your content remains available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page, and material changes will be signposted in the app. Questions? Contact us at support@intentled.com.
